Bladed Products

I sell scissors and changed my listings to comply with the new processes.  Since then i haven't sold any scissors at all.  Today, i received this from a buyer and this is their experience. 

 

Can anyone give me any tips on how to resolve this? 

 

 

 When I click on the buy button, I get taken through a sign-in process, which leads to this message: "In the UK, bladed items can be sold and delivered only to customers aged 18 or older. As such you will need to verify your age. You may also need to confirm your age upon delivery. For more details see our Knives policy." I then get taken to a form labelled "Verify your age", which is intended to allow me to verify my age using a credit card. Every time I try to do so, the system gives me this error message: "Unfortunately, we ran into a problem and couldn't process your card. Please contact Customer Support." I cannot find anything relating to this problem on Customer Support. A Google search, which I find often solves problems of finding instructions on unsatisfactory support facilities, did not help either. So I'm stuck. I very much want to buy these particular scissors, I bought a pair some time ago and I really liked them, but having given them to my daughter, I need a new pair. On the other hand, it's getting to be a lot of bother for a pair of scissors. Any suggestions gratefully received. Many thanks in advance
