Bidder just messaged me to ask me to cancel her bid only three hours to go, is there away to do this

Only three hours to go, only thing I can think of is delating the listing but will eBay charge me ti do this or I have said I’d be happy to just cancel the order if she wins, am a private seller not a buisness thanks fir any help

Did you try HELP AND CONTACT and enter CANCEL BIDS?
