How can I close my account?

My account was hacked at the beginning of the year. My account was frozen while passwords were reset but the fraud team vacant unblock my phone number so I can’t make any purchases. 

Ebay’s advice is to register another phone number to my account! I don’t have another phone number!!

Enter this in HELP AND CONTACT, and follow instructions.

Open new account but I think you will need a different email address.
