Best options for UK seller listing in Ireland

Hello folks, 

Looking for advice on a couple of specific questions please:

 - If you have an item already listed in the UK and for sale only in the UK but would like to sell on ebay.IE too, is it best to just enable European sales both on the listing and seller preferences section and go from there, or is a better option to list directly on ebay.IE by logging in with UK account to ebay.IE ?

I have tried both but the mark-up with a UK account logging into ebay.IE is quite a bit different, in the UK for example its the standard buyer protection fee of 7% plus 0.10p admin fee but with a IE listing there is no such breakdown.

I would like to use Packlink IE (which is different form Packlink UK) for postage options, unsure if you need to list directly on ebay.IE to qualify, sent this question to Packlink but my ticket was deleted. 

Any pointers greatly appreciated.

Sorry, forgot to add listing as a private seller with very few items, below is an example of different costs involved with two different options, both being listed at 20.00 in both GBP and EUR.

Listing on UK with International option - 20 GBP translates to  22.76 EUR

Listing on IE directly                                       - 20 EUR translates to  24.00 EUR

This is just an example to show the % difference between the two options without currency conversion.
