Been sent 2 postage label

I sent my item with purchased label. 

When I refreshed the page it charged me for another postage label with a different barcode.

I have tried to cancel the postage.

It says if courier accepts can take upto 2 weeks for refund. 

Shall I Speak to ebay support or just wait

Use a laptop / PC and Chrome to receive a refund for the unused label.  You may need to wait 24 hours for it to appear before being able to cancel it for a refund.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

Hi 

I have logged on pc and followed link. There is no option to void label. Only cancel label which I have already done but it says if the carrier accepts I will get a refund if the carrier doesn't accept the cancel request there is no refund.

Can you help any further?
