Barred from bidding

Hi there, why does eBay bar bidders from bidding if they leave honest feedback about a sale on ebay like item is not as described or cancelling a sale because the buyer has’nt replied.

eBay doesn't, but the seller may block that bidder from bidding/buying from them.

You may also be blocked if you haven't previously paid for items and the seller has cancelled the orders as buyer did not pay. If you have a couple of them that may be another reason depending on what settings the seller has in their buyer requirements.

Thanks for reply, thanks but I meant to say if you the buyer cancel a sale because the seller hasn’t replied how come the buyer get barred?

Buyers can only ask seller to cancel, they don't have to agree. 

Better to open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date, escalate on day 4.
