Return label issued for a carrier with no options to post or book collection (247 Express)

Hi,

I've bought a used van part from a seller that turned out to be broken. The seller has issued a return label with a carrier I've never heard of (247 Express). No instructions have been provided of how to post with this carrier. I've tried calling them but there is no answer. I've contacted the seller who said they will book collection, which was supposed to be today, however the item has not been collected. What can I do to avoid the clock running out? Can I post the item back to the seller myself and re charge the return postage? How do I avoid eBay awarding a dispute to the seller as the tracking shows collection has been booked but the item has not been delivered.

Thanks

Alex

If you pay for return postage, ebay won't make seller refund this.

Best to contact eBay CS and explain.
