Hi. I recently purchased 6 Feliway refills to plug in to a diffuser to calm my cat with dementia. The initial one was bought from Pets at Home and did not have an odour. I used the first one purchased on Ebay and it smells really bad of cooking oil. It is plugged in in my bedroom. I have lung issues and don't really want to inhale it as it does not smell right. Ive tried to contact seller and it won't let me, when I click on it, I don't get the option to send a message. I cannot get any details to contact Ebay either. Has anyone got any suggestions. I want to complain as I know this is not the right refill, it stinks!
