Hello,
I bought my son bagpipes for a christmas present. We couldn't get them set up. Waited until his band practice was back on, his teacher took them away and tried to get them going. Eventually, he gets them to a professional after searching for them, and they are unplayable. Poor quality drones and reeds. It's now March, where do I stand? The seller hasn't responded. Thanks for help

You had 30 days from receipt to open a case through Ebay.
You could try your payment provider - generally, you have 120 days to make a claim from your bank/credit card.
