How do you report a seller? EBay has changed so much its not good. Brought a product today now seller says not sending.....and I can't find how to get ebay to step in

If you've paid obviously the seller should issue a cancellation and refund your money. If they don't do that you will have to wait until the estimated delivery date on the listing has passed and then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/get-help-item-hasnt-arr...and escalate it 3 complete working days later.
If you haven't paid or if the seller has refunded you can still report them to ebay as a non-performing seller.
