I bought a hard drive which was £80, when it arrived it had a different connection to my old one but the seller refused to take it back. What about buyer protection? I can't get anywhere with ebay, it's all preset messages which are not relevant. I need help to get my money back, the seller will not help. Now he has removed his listings. it's impossible to speak to anyone at ebay.
