Hi I sold a motorcycle around 24hours ago now to a gentleman in India. Iv got to arrange collection with a family member of his etc. my account says I’m still waiting on payment from the buyer. But the gentleman has sent me a screenshot of his summary and it says thank you for making payment etc. what should I do ? Thanks.
If he's paid it will have said so in the notification email you got from ebay. It will also say it on the top of the listing itself. There may be a problem at his end but you should not let the motorbike go until you are certain you have the money. It's safer to get cash on collection for a vehicle if possible.
Only complete the sale when you have a definite buyer with Cash in hand or Bank Transferis safely deposited/confirmed before handing over Car keys/documents on buyer collection.
