I recently made an offer for an item which advertised collection in person available. The offer was accepted and eBay took payment automatically together with payment for postage. The seller can’t refund the postage as he says eBay keeps it. Any ideas how I get the postage fee refunded.
Ask the seller to cancel the transaction altogether (a full refund will be issued in the process), and relist with collection only for you to buy and pay again.
