Hi,I was selling item with good working condition,my buyer received it damaged and it stop working,I marked parcel as fragile on all sides but delivery company don’t take care of it,how can I receive compensation for it,thanks

If you bought the postage through ebay here's how to claim:

If you bought from the courier including Royal Mail you claim direct from them via their website.
