Authenticator Shipping Process

Hey, 

I sold some trainers that needed authenticating. 
I clicked through to find the necessary address but because DPD requires a printer that I don’t have, I just shipped it to the address supplied (with the code included in the address) with some other bits via Royal Mail.

my question… have I screwed up? Do I have to use DPD? The package is gone now, so my options are limited… 

any advice would be appreciated

Hi @stevenmasseratty ,

Thank you for reaching out.

The DPD label is to provide more protection for you as the seller while the item is in transit to the authentication centre and it provides the buyer with updated tracking on the item.  However it is ok not to use it.  As long as you have included the correct address and code the authentication team will be able to identify the order and continue with the process.
