Hey ebayers!

What safeguards does the ebay operation have to stop bad sellers holding multiple accounts. Some product pictures look surprisingly similar!

They're probably not rogue sellers,  as eBay have a ' library' of photos that any seller can use if they wish,  also it's not against eBay rules for sellers to use other seller's photos for their listings.

  Polite for them to ask the seller's permission for this,  but not mandatory to do so.

Members can have numerous accounts, even 'bad sellers'.

What exactly do you rate as a bad seller as you seem never to had a satisfactory transaction on eBay.

Always best to check a sellers feedback before buying.

As said some sellers use ebay library, which to me is inviting cases of not as described, as item bought will certainly not be item in picture.

 Looking at feedback you have left, instead of a negative, did you get a refund using the ebay 30 day money back guarantee. It is always a good idea to get refund, if done properly you cannot lose, then leave  feedback.
