At Uncle Richie`s

Hi.   My shop's turnover has halved.   I'm always trying to figure out where the problem is.   has purchasing power really decreased that much or am i doing something wrong.

One of the issues for you might be buyer trust.  With over 600 new items for sale, potential buyers would probably expect you to be selling from a business account, not a private account.

Buyers are certainly not spending freely, but having this on your ads. does not inspire confidence, telling buyers that they do not have full rights that a business seller has to comply with.

“Registered as a private sellerThereby, consumer rights stemming from EU consumer protection law do not apply. eBay buyer protection still applies to most purchases.”

It has nothing to do with protecting buyers' rights or buyers' distrust of me as a seller.  this is evidenced by the reviews left by buyers and also by the fact that for two years I have had only 100% positive reviews.

You were seeking opinions; I gave you mine.

Possibly if you were correctly registered as a business seller, you would attract more, new buyers.

I make a point of never buying from business sellers trading on private accounts.

Maybe there are more and more people like me.
