Can somebody tell me why eBay does not state why the item your buying does not say where it's coming from, I'm fed up with buying items that say 3 day delivery and end coming from china and taking over 2 weeks.

Also why can't the buyer protection fee be added on at checkout, I send out offers for my items and get offers back rounded off to the figure I initially offered including there insurance. I Never get this *bleep* on vinted.

Every listing states where the item is located. If it's claimed to be in the UK but is actually sent from China this is reportable to eBay as location misrepresentation using the link provided in every listing:

Report Category: Select 'listing practices'.
Reason for Report: Select 'other listing practices policy violations'
Detailed Reason: select 'Item location misrepresentation'

As to the confusion eBay has created over offers and the buyer protection fee, please tell customer support about your problems - if they even want to know. We're just other members. We didn't create this situation and can't do anything about it.
