If its on eBay you cannot.
You have to be 18 to have a credit card as its a form of contract.

I'm 35! And I bought scissors many times before but now it asks for credit card which I don't have any.
It's ridiculous why I can't proff it with ID or driving licence or even passport!

It is a legal requirement now, and ebay only accept credit cards as proof of age. Suggest you get a friend to buy for you, seller is also required to arrange for signed for delivery to an adult person aged 18 or over.
