Can anyone advise. I sold an item 17.5.25. Contacted buyer saying it would be in the post the next day. Had the following message back "
Greetings, and thank you for the info. I shall leave feedback promptly as usual when it arrives with me. Blessings,"
Label printed and item packed to go to post office 18.5.25
17.5.25 negative feedback left "No dispatch, No reply, No vendor ?. Money refund. Waste of time !"
The item has not been dispatched as I had advised it was going in the post today.
18.5.25 contacted buyer ref negative feedback, no reply as yet. Not happy to continue with the sale, couldn't void the postage label or cancel the order however I have refunded the customer through ebay. I have also done a feedback revision request. Question is is this a scam and is there anything further I should do?
