Advice on Buying Pls

Hi. Looking for advice. I made 2 orders from a seller at the same time, just different colours. When received the items were a different brand and different sizes. Photos were taken and sent. Long story, Ebay finally sent returns labels and I returned. I received a refund. The seller has bombarded me with requests to change my negative feedback, although I was kind and its honest. Today the postman brings the two parcels back. The seller refused them. Can't get hold of Ebay. I am sure the seller is not genuine. I've reported them 3 times, but nothing. I feel like I'm in a scam?

As you have the refund - if the seller wants the items back they need to pay you up front to cover the return.

As the seller refused to accept the return eBay would look on that as they don't want the items back.

I've been with Ebay for 10 years plus and never had so many problems. Thank you for the help. I'll leave it a while then donate to charity. 👍
