l purchased a coat from seller who advertised the coat as new, however this was not the case. The coat had an old dry cleaners ticket attached, the coat was stained and the colours had run in the appliqued area. The dry cleaners explained this was due to the composition in the applique design, which would require specialist cleaning.
Awaiting feedback from Ebay who are looking into this.
