Additional postage costs I had to pay before post office would deliver my item

Item I  purchased could not be delivered until I  paid £7 to the post office.

Was the postage label that the seller used insufficient for the size and weight of the package?

I got onto the seller and they used the automated ebay postage for the
item. Yes I did pay the £7 because I needed the item asap. contacted ebay
and they were a complete waste of time.

To be honest, there isn't much you can do if you've paid the £7 and have the item, this would be between you and your seller. 

Even if you were to open a return you wouldn't get the £7 back.

Very true, Ebay is totally *bleep* now,before you could put your own amount in
you charged for postage and now you have to wait nearly a week before you
can get your money if your a seller 😞
