The package has been returned to seller due to insufficient address.

As the seller of an Item. The item has been returned to me as Parcelforce claims there was insufficient address to post.

Buyer still wants the item. How do they pay for the postage again...?

The package has been returned to seller due to insufficient address.

You should cancel/refund and relist for them to buy again after they've corrected their address on ebay.  Otherwise the same thing will happen again.

The package has been returned to seller due to insufficient address.

If they pay you outside of eBay, either via PayPal or bank transfer, you won't have a tracking number for that order.

If you refund and relist you'll lose out on the original postage cost though.

What's the value of the item?

Thanks for your speedy reply.

Item was purchased seller bought postage. (I would prefer to stay within ebay for postage return, if I can)

The package has been returned to seller due to insufficient address.

For an item of that value I'd cancel the order and they'll have to re-purchase after sorting out their address issue.

You will lose the outgoing postage cost though. You could try issing a partial refund and taking off the cost of the outgoing postage.
