Adding New Team Members to sellers account?

Hi,

Having difficulty adding new Team members to my seller's account.  There is no add member button as per the instructions from ebay help.  Can anybody help.  It's an old account with selling just been set up (it says that shouldn't matter.  Any help greatly received.  Thanks.

It is a private account, it is unlikely that you can have another person operating it, as you are responsible for any problems that happen, and could be banned for the sins of others.

I think if you read the instructions you will find the word BUSINESS crops up, meaning it is not available  on private accounts.

This is what I see if I click the box. Private account do not have employees.

Yes it is a private account. Info said it didn’t matter? I’ll check again.
