I have changed my address to new place where I am living now then eBay asked me to upload my ID documents and also I started to list items about 20+. My payout starting to hold and uploaded my e-Visa with share code under residency category which eBays recognised as a proof of document but unfortunately they keep asking me to upload my details and multiple times send address proof, share code and eVisa document which is appear on UKVI website. But going to stopping the payout soon.
Looking a solution from experts people.
Thanks

Make sure eBay do recognise that documentation as something they accept to verify a bank account.
Contact eBay Customer Serviced, but do so first thing Monday morning at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering. Ask them to check over your registration details, is anything is amiss, or needs amending / adding.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
As said, I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

You also need to upgrade to business seller.
You are selling multiples of new items.
Better to do it before ebay make you, you are now on radar.
