I have just discovered by chance that the USA has been removed from global shipping AGAIN!
Customer service tell me this is a disrupted service due to the customs and tariff situation and they have absolutely no idea when this may return … just like last time!
I lodged a complaint but was told that these are only handled internally and nobody will contact me with any further information.
Considering how much I have to pay in fees as a business seller I think this lack of communication is appalling. My business was really hit hard by losing the American market last time as I’m sure many others were too.
Ebay are also losing out with the loss of all the fees so I’d have thought they’d be more keen to keep it sorted 😡😡😡
