I am really in shock how a massive company like eBay can't manager to sort out things quicker, I am waiting over 6 months to release my payment, also to check out whats wrong with my ID, today a man of the customer service asked me to load my passport after all done I called eBay again and they asked me to wait another 3 days. The worse of all is they never let me know whats is wrong. Then after 3 days I must ask them to call me again and the same history will happens over and over again, for how long more should I be waiting for? After all that, my body starts to feel all this distress letting me very angry. What is the solution for that?
