Account restriction

My account has been restricted due to overdue dispatch. 

The item has been sent and received by the buyer but there are no tracking number to it. 

How do i clear the overdue dispatch?

We have no access to your account so cannot see the message eBay sent to you,  but it shou tldell you of the length of the restriction.

Hopefully,  it did not say indefinite,  or permanent as that's a lifetime ban from selling,  but it was a timed restriction.  If so,  you just need for this time to lapse,  to be able to sell again,  you cannot ' hurry up' that period.
