Account limited no explanation

Last week told account under review called ebay & said perfectly normal takes 5 days this morning true to their back to normal then this evening received MC011 message  saying payouts on hold no explanation? Called customer service unfortunately could not answer why as apparently the decision is some mysterious person in back office that cannot be contacted  its all very sneaky & underhanded?

Customer services will not be able to discuss your case with you.

It is very frustrating and there are frequent posts on this topic that you can read through.  There doesn't seem to be anything to do except wait while Ebay look at everything.  Sometimes, there is a very long wait for your money, especially if Ebay decide to permanently close your account.

You still have items listed so obviously they have not imposed a ban.  All I can advise is that you are patient.

That's a great result,  and thank you for posting this , as we receive many posts from members receiving this MC011 restriction out of the blue.

Good to know it can be an eBay error,  and some hope  for others to receive that apology letter too.
