My account got blocked suddenly after i hired a virtual assistant and give him a team access to manage the account. Without giving any proper reason ebay permanently blocked my account. Is there any email or official contact where i can contact to resolve this?

If it is on this ID as you do not appear to have had any transactions, ebay could well have thought your account had been hacked.

For account hack at least they should ask for any proof to submit but here they are not giving me option to appeal. With no clear information of what action has broke the ebay rules. they have simply blocked with below message. Please guide if any room for discussion with official person of ebay?

"our actions have not reflected the spirit of eBay, we've decided that you will no longer be able to participate on the site. We understand this is not an easy message to accept, but we believe eBay isn't the right venue for you to buy and sell. You'll no longer be able to use eBay in any capacity."

The message from eBay you received,  is very final,  there is no comeback you will not be able to sell on eBay, and strangely,  not be able to buy either.

Sellers banned from selling,   are usually still able to buy.

There must be something very serious amiss here with the using of this or past accounts,  any past accounts with restrictions will be linked to this one,  and anyone in your household with restrictions,  all accounts are linked,  and will carry the same restriction / ban.

There is no point asking Customer Services for any explanation they will just direct you to the messages eBay sent you.

On paper,  it seems you cannot buy or sell on eBay's site,,  a lifetime ban.

This is completely unfair, i was using my account earlier with autods and i heard about the virtual assistance. And i randomly found the guy who agreed on minimum wages to manage sales and marketing. 

My company is registered properly. This was proper genuine, without mentioned about the act which was against the policy and ban for lifetime its completely unfair. I really need support here if  i can connect to any official. Please thanks
