According restricted and suspended

Even though I provided all tracking numbers to the system as a proof of delivery but they didn’t reinstate my account my all funds are held.   My account was restricted or suspended for lack of proof of delivery any one help me please

You still have items listed so what kind of suspension is it?

You need a business account to sell what you are selling, that won't be helping your situation.

As papso22 has already said, you are selling illegally and need to register as a business seller. I suspect  that is the problem causing the delay in releasing payments. Private sellers do not sell all NEW items.
