I just want to join the many, many voices letting the world know to STOP USING EVRI. It is the most awful delivery company I've come across, I am struggling to put into words how angry, frustrated and fed up I am with their service. They keep losing parcels, they keep 'attempting' to deliver and claiming they couldn't (when it was very clearly possible for them to because we were at home waiting for them), there's always mysterious delays and the customer service sends you around in loops with nobody to talk to. I am reaching out to as many people as I can to voice my frustrations as there is no other place to go. PLEASE STOP USING EVRI!!!!!
