Hiya I am having a problem with the seller I have messaged loads of time have not really responded I am very upset it has been going on for ages i want a full refund the item is dog shoes and they don't fit my dog,I messaged the seller to ask that I need to return for a refund and they text me saying to take % off and I said no I want a full refund please and they are blanking me,not bothered to get back to me,so please help me,thanks

Does not fit is a "change of mind" return. Does your seller accept returns? And if so are you within 30 days of delivery?
If so open a return from your purchase history. You must pay for the return postage yourself.
If your seller isn't a business and doesn't accept returns you can't make them accept the return.

eBay's 30 day MBG Money Bac Guarantee policy is written on the right had side of every listing. This describes if you received an item not as described you need to open a case for item not as described citing item does not match description or photos.
The seller has to accept and fully refund within 3 days or you escalate and eBay step in and force the refund .

I've re read your op and it really does sound like you ordered from a Chinese business seller because they always send messages offering you partial refunds and "please give to a friend" and so forth, which you should ignore.
If you have already opened a case and if it is a not as described one , you need to go back into the case and escalate it to ask ebay to step in and they should refund you without returning it.
