Selling standards below par

We currently have over 1200 feedback at 100%, a significant proportion of which is for selling as opposed to purchase. Ebay support has suggested our selling standards fall below what they expect and that the selling account is at risk...not quite sure how much better the feedback is supposed to be in order to  qualify for their standards? I frequently see people with really terrible feedback who are still trading on here. How does this make any sense? I'd contact them directly but its usually not easy trying to get through

It's not feedback that matters, it is DSR ratings.

Check your seller dashboard for defects,

Too many affect standards.
