A seller wants to ship internationally but cannot

Hi all,

I want to buy this hydrant: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/365104314488.

I contacted the seller and asked him if he could set shipping to international. He did it, but I still cannot buy the item, because ebay says it cannot be shipped internationally. How could I solve this issue?

Ask the seller to put your ID on their exemption list to remove any blocks.
