Hi! Newbie here! I am getting in a bit of a mess with simple postage! I posted a parcel to someone Royal Mail as I wrote on my listing. However, when I checked later I realised he requested Evri. I messaged him with tracking details and having tracked the parcel it has been delivered. However, There is no way of informing Ebay the parcel has been delivered and received. Anyone have any way of talking to someone at Ebay? All emails sent have been ignored and bots don't understand my way of relating the story. At this rate I won't be paid for this item! Help please!

There is no email facility for eBay,  it's a Call Back option.

 

If you have changed postal services and tracking , first try and change this yourself,  by using a laptop / PC and try Chrome.

 

If it's not possible,  contact eBay Customer Services they will change those details for you.

 

Once tracking has shown delivery , your payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date,  if not, or it's not possible to change the tracking details,  the payout is held for 14 days.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays


9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.


Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.


I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
