Few Days ago I activated Promotional offer "100£ to Promote your shop" (I believe it was 07/04/2025 because I launched a campaign after activation) it was ok for a while, I was keeping an eye on coupon credits and it was draining slowly like it should.
Today I got a small surprise... coupon magically vanished from tab Overview ->Promotional offers, its not even showing up when Im checking expired offers. (ofc I have ended the campaign after noticing it..)
So even when they charge me now, I dont have any proof, screenshot etc
Did anyone have same issue recently?
