Because IT specialists from Ebay get bored and change the good for the worse.
I hope we have noticed our problem.
It is not possible to communicate with the manager on this platform. interesting why? Maybe the general forum will give them a kick to wake them up and bring them back to the ground. We are trying to work here and you get these profits from our work.

if you are 'working' on ebay you should have a business account and use the seller hub to list etc,
ebay have changed the classic view, it is only suitable for private sellers who only make the occassional sale
