EBay policy on members' suggestions is that "we have a long-standing policy of not accepting unsolicited suggestions, ideas, or proposals". It doesn't even have a complaints procedure.

if you are 'working' on ebay you should have a business account and use the seller hub to list etc,

ebay have changed the classic view, it is only suitable for private sellers who only make the occassional sale
