if you made a cancellation soon after the order, how is it that the seller still sends out the unwanted item? I received the item today so shouldn't the seller pay for the return.
You cannot cancel an order. The seller as to agree to it & cancel the order.
If you don't want it, you need to open a return request and use tracked posting.
