moving from draft to active listing

Hello

I have just finished my new listing and it is being held as a draft I don't seem to be able to get it active, it simply stays as a draft. why wont this move on?

Have you set up your new selling account correctly ?

Do you have Paypal linked to your eBay account?  Do you have a reimbursement method in place to pay eBay fees?

Or have you been asked or your bank details to enrol in eBay's Managed Payments?  Has this been completed?

I was asked for bank details rather than paypay, which is what i would have preferred. yes i believe this was completed, as for the other suggestions i will have to check and read the links you sent, many thanks x

Don't bother with the other links if you have given your bank details to eBay recently, they are now not needed, check your homepage, there may be a notice there just to update bank details, this means another verification is needed, such as accepting 2 micro payment, or a code, or providing eBay with some documentation.
