I purchased something as a guest, have since joined but in neither capacity can I locate the item. I try following the instructions and it say's it'll send an email...well I'll be getting 20 at this rate. One email says I can track with [TD VOD URL] whatever that means, I've tried inserting it all over and including the order number inplace of URL. NOT impressed at all, Have always steered away from this site but an urgent situation has forced my hand.
