I received a faulty moniter from an eBay selller after it was falsely advertised as fully working and in warranty, which was also wrong. The seller accepted the return but sent a return label with a max 2kg limit. The moniter weighs over 20kg so I asked for another label. The seller than arranged pickup and sent labels through the ebay messages. As the original label sent cannot be used ebay cannot see that I have returned the item. I sold some fig tree cuttings all described accurately. The buyer received in perfect condition and left positive feedback. However weeks later opened a dispute ' doesn't work or defective' How is this possible for a live plant. Hi,   I ordered some made to measure reflex foam and It has arrived in the wrong sizes. I confirmed the sizes twice in a picture diagram and by text but 2 out of the 4 pieces still arrived in the wrong size. I have emailed twice and tried calling over the last week with no response. This is concerning considering how quick they responded when getting quotes and placing the order.  I would really like to get the 2 wrong size pieces re delivered in the correct sizes I paid for, as the pieces I recieved are of no use to me.  any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.  ... I sold an item on the 13th May.     £55, (inc £5 postage), I am supposed to get £44 (I know £11 quid for eBay)   Ebay had the sales money for 3 days and said it would be released to my bank on the 16th May.   It's the 17th May, and it's not in my registered bank account!!!  Needless to say, I miss PayPal, will be selling elsewhere after this.    Do you think it will ever arrive, or am I going have to find a way of getting eBay to help me via their customer service (kill me now).   Help!! ... Hello everybody   I'm glad if someone can help me, please. 😀 Ebay, in all sales, asks me about creating shipping labels, when in fact I leave this screen because there is no purpose for me. In some cases Ebay even tells me that buyers' addresses are wrong (as it does not matter to me, I ignore the message). Is there a way to cancel these labels? Do I pay anything for them even without using them? Do I pay something to Ebay for leaving the first class envelope service (which costs £ 0.85)?
