I received a faulty moniter from an eBay selller after it was falsely advertised as fully working and in warranty, which was also wrong. The seller accepted the return but sent a return label with a max 2kg limit. The moniter weighs over 20kg so I asked for another label. The seller than arranged pickup and sent labels through the ebay messages. As the original label sent cannot be used ebay cannot see that I have returned the item. The filler has received the moniter but has not issued my refund. It seems as if the seller planned this and is trying to scam me.
