refund without consent

i sold a item to a seller hes just opened an account last week,then in my dirscription i say if returning dont use it hes used it got a refund from eBay without my concent then i have a item i cant used because hs used it

Ebay already have your consent when you signed up to their Terms and Conditions and Ticked Accept on the User Agreement.

Thanks but I got the item back used and glued ,I state on my invoices if you wont to return then don’t open if you know about drills he gave an excuse saying he thoughtit
It was power drill now these can only go on small dremmel
Just he opened up account last week just be carefull ppl
