Negative feedback

How can you leave negative feedback for a buyer who has not paid? Closed by eBay after 4 days. I can only report the buyer or leave positive feedback.

You cant as seller can only leave positive for buyers

The buyer will get a non payment strike on their account which is better than feedback

Put them on your blocked bidders list and then go back to buyer requirements and scroll down to Block bidders with non payment strikes

You leave NONE. Buyers can only have positive FB, it is the unpaid strikes that do the damage as sensible sellers block all members with 2 or more unpaid strikes.

This is not new it has been in force for over 10 years. I woud say it has been in force since before you joined. You really should have noticed by now that there is only one option when leaving FB for buyers.

Is a serious Policy Violation to leave Buyers any Negative Comments. Which will damage your Account more than theirs.

Sellers are not allowed to leave negative feedback for buyers.

If you have opened and closed an unpaid item case, the buyer will receive an unpaid item strike.

A new cancelaltion procedure is being introduced, which makes it easier for sellers to cancel sales where a buyer hasn't paid. It looks as though the unpaid item strikes are disappearing, but sellers are still able to block bids from buyers who have caused two or more cancellations for non payment.
