Hi, I am just wondering how to receive a refund from royal mail for an item that's been lost. I don't have the receipt for the item I'm selling and just wondered how to go about getting the value back. Over the last few weeks, my late delivery rate is stuck at 0.4%!!! During the day it can go up to 0.32% as buyers log late delivery, but by the end of the day it is back to 0.4%   When i look into my report, i can see that they are being removed!.....Daily!!!   Is anyone else experiencing this beautiful 'sent from above' like behaviour, or am i just the lucky one? ...
