Checkout problem, money out !

Hello, right now I tried to buy an item and it showed me this error but the money got out from my account and the amount is in pending on my bank account but there is no item in my eBay account.

How did you Pay? You have to use a Debit or Credit Card. Pay Pal. Google Pay  Apple Pay.
