How do you actually complain to ebay,does anyone have a contact email?

Hello Ebay any chance of telling me how to make a complaint about your service?????

EBay doesn't have a complaints procedure, which tells you a lot about its attitude to customer relations.

You can only contact them in the usual way, by clicking on Help & contact or Contact us at the top or bottom of most pages. Or you can write to their head office at the address in the user agreement. 

If you wish to let us know what the problem is, someone here will be able to suggest what, if anything, can be done about it.

The only way is to write to the Head Office in London. The Address is on the User Agreement at the very foot of the Page.
